At Billington's Electrical we carry out servicing and repairs on many small appliances, from shavers to microwaves. You can bring your appliances in to our shop (click here to see where we are) or you can post them to us. See below for details and prices; click here to email us for further information. We carry out in-guarantee work for the following manufacturers: Braun, Kenwood, Philips/Philishave, Glen, Dimplex, DeLonghi, Magimix, Bissell, Panasonic and Vax. Shavers We offer a same-day specialist repair service for shavers: we will repair your shaver as soon as we receive it (subject to parts availability), and return it the same day. For only £12.50 (excluding parts), you get a full service, deep cleaning of shaver heads and cutters, a six month guarantee on our work and free return delivery within the UK. What you need to do: Pack your shaver well! We cannot accept responsibility for any articles damaged in the post. We need your name, address and contact telephone number/email address, and a brief description of the fault. Click here to print an address label to attach to your parcel, then take it to your local post office. Turnaround is usually about 4 days - we'll contact you with the cost as soon as we know it.
Kenwood Chef & Major Problems with your Kenwood Chef or Major? We can service and repair Kenwood Chefs dating back to the 1950's A701 range - for only £25.00 (excluding parts) we'll make your mixer as good as new! All repairs are undertaken, the price includes a full service, and we guarantee our work for six months. You can bring your Chef or Major in to our shop (find us here), or send it to us via courier. Pack your mixer well, as we cannot accept responsibility for any articles damaged in the post. We need your name, address and contact telephone number/email address, and a brief description of the fault. Click here to print an address label to attach to your parcel, then take it to your local post office or contact a courier. Turnaround is usually about 7 days - we'll contact you with the cost as soon as we know it. Return delivery usually costs £25.00 within the UK.
Remoska If you are having problems with your Remoska, we will repair it for a set price of £40.00 (Standard model) or £45.00 (Grand model). This includes all parts, labour, return delivery within the UK and a six month guarantee on our work. You only need to send your lid - do not send the bowl or you will be charged extra for delivery! What you need to do: Pack your Remoska lid well, we cannot accept responsibility for any articles damaged in the post. We need your name, address and contact telephone number/email address, and a brief description of the fault. Click here to print an address label to attach to your parcel, then take it to your local post office or contact a courier. Turnaround is usually about 7 days - we'll contact you to arrange payment as soon as possible. Payment: You can either enclose a cheque for the correct amount (£40.00 or £45.00) with your appliance, made payable to BILLINGTON'S ELECTRICAL, or we will contact you when the repair is complete for credit card details.
Heating We undertake in-home repairs on Glen Dimplex heating appliances, including storage heaters. Email us or call us on 01772 701444 for details.
