Kenwood say: "Kenwood graded products may have cosmetic blemishes or soiled packaging. They are guaranteed against all mechanical and electrical defects arising from faulty workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase." |

We say: The majority of the graded items we've had in stock have been very close to 'new' standard. Most of them just have slightly damaged packing. We've had very few that have any 'cosmetic blemishes' on the appliance itself, and the ones that have are very minor marks. |
